One of the resons that we did this video was to show how girls are trying to be something that they’re not. As you can see the two girls in this video are trying to act older than their age. It shows that they are not comfortable with who they really are or what they’re trying to be. Its a constant battle between society and themselves.

This video shows what girls really feel like under the false pretence that they act. They are so caught up in trying to act or look a certin way they forget themselfs in the process. In this video these girls know that what they are doing just isn’t right, but they are so infuenced by what they have seen in the music videos they just continue what they are doing. They think that everything that they have seen is ok, and right. Since the media is sayin that it’s ok, and adults say that it’s ok, why not do it? Younge people usually don’t know how to seperate the real from the fake, so in the end they end up making wrong choices.

 I bet some girls might watch this video and completly deny the fact that they are, were or will ever be one of those girls. In reality, most teenagers, boys and girls, are products of everything the media sells from images to ideas. Clubbing was just one example of what media can twist ideas about. Here’s something to consider, in most music videos when people are in the back partying and having a good time, do they ever show someone with alchohol poisoning? Is a person passing out or overdosing ever shown? It can be argued that not all media is negative. I agree. However youths are the ones who ideas are sold to and the majority of medias messages are unrealistic. Life is such a party when you’re pretty. Why sort fact from fiction?
